The earth is our library
Data is our lens.

We develop curated libraries of drug-like scaffolds designed specifically for screening by external partners (academic labs, biotech firms, contract research organizations). The library will combine diversity, drug-likeness, synthetic tractability, scaffold novelty, and focused subsets, enabling customers to (i) screen broadly against novel targets, (ii) quickly cherry-pick candidate compounds, and (iii) accelerate hit identification with lower cost and risk.

An Overview

To learn from life’s chemistry,
scientists must be able to:

1. Catalog

Build a searchable library of plant molecules—most never studied before

2. Decode

Use AI fluent in chemistry to scale analysis from one molecule to 10,000 at a time.

3. Validate

Run a fully automated lab to screen molecules and determine their therapeutic properties at high throughput

Everything above, in one stack—helping
scientists reach viable drug leads
more than 4× quicker.

THE Library

Structuring nature’s chemistry

A proposed architecture for the library, with different tiers or subsets:

1. Core Diversity Set
• ~50,000–200,000 compounds.
• Broad chemical space coverage.
• Drug-like, 3D-supporting, sp³-rich, scaffold varied.

2. Functional / Targeted Subsets
• Kinase inhibitors, GPCR binders, ion channel modulators, PPI inhibitors, etc.
• Use pharmacophore and similarity modeling to known ligands to populate.

3. Lead-Like / Fragment Subset
• Smaller size, simpler molecules (lower MW, fewer rotatable bonds) suitable for fragment-based screening or hit expansion.
• “Rule of Three” compliance etc

Commercial Utility & Value Proposition
Why such a library has commercial appeal; what problems it solves for potential customers:

• Faster hit discovery — virtual screening against a well-curated library reduces wasted efforts on compounds that fail early (poor properties, reactive, insoluble).

• Higher hit quality — more likely to find hits with both potency and acceptable ADMET profile, reducing costs downstream.

• IP benefit — scaffolds selected with novelty in mind allow customers to generate leads that are patentable.

• Cost-efficiency — save customers’ time and resources: fewer physical compounds to screen after virtual enrichment; less iteration of chemistry.

• Flexibility & scaling — customers may begin with virtual sets, cherry-pick for physical screening, then order or synthesize. The library supports small-scale and larger scale requirements.

• Lower risk of attrition — early filtering for ADMET, solubility, etc., reduces risk of failing in later stages.

• Competitive differentiation — for CROs, academic labs or small biotech: having access to high-quality, diverse, drug-like libraries gives advantage in identifying novel chemical matter.
